8 years ago, we began this journey together. It started as a spark, a dream of connection, a place where we could gather and accept all parts of ourselves, without any masks. Over time, through every laugh, every tear, every hug, every shared moment, we created something far greater than any one of us. We created a home and community.

Now, it’s time to celebrate all that we’ve created together.

In intense times like this, we feel stronger then ever the need to come together and rise in the frequency of love, honoring the all human lifes and support life itself.

What’s included in the ticket?

Your ticket gives you full access to:

  • All concerts, ceremonies, and activities

  • SoundHealing & Live Medicine Music

  • Children up to 14 years old attend for free and are warmly welcome

  • Ecstatic Dance, Singing Circles, Cacao  Ceremonies

What’s not included in the ticket?

Your ticket does not include:

  • Accommodation

  • Food & drinks (available on-site for purchase)

  • Transport to the venue

  • Sauna access – a symbolic pass will be available for purchase at check-in, helping us honor the energy and care it takes to tend the fire

  • Optional 1-on-1 healing sessions or therapies

Do I need to have any experience?

Not at all. You are welcome exactly as you are.
No prior experience is needed - just bring your presence, your curiosity, and an open heart.
Whether it’s your first time in sacred space or you're a seasoned traveler of the soul, you’ll be held, guided, and supported every step of the way.

How do meals work?

Meals are not included in the ticket, but a nourishing vegetarian meal - available

for purchase (with vegan and gluten-free options) will be prepared with love to

support your journey.

How do I get to the Gathering?

The gathering takes place at Gaia Meco, Portugal
Getting there:

  • By car: Drive directly to Gaia Meco – free parking available on site.

  • By campervan: Campervans are welcome. Please note that this is a natural park area, respect local regulations and environmental guidelines.

  • By public transport:

  • From Lisbon, take a train or bus to Sesimbra. From Sesimbra, you can continue by taxi or ride-share to Gaia Meco, as public transport options are limited.

  • From airports:

  • Lisbon (LIS): ~40–50 minutes by car to Gaia Meco.

  • Porto (OPO): ~3 hours by car.

We’ll help coordinate ride-shares via a WhatsApp group closer to the event.

What should I bring?

  • Comfortable clothes for dancing, movement & ceremony

  • Swimwear, warm layers & sun protection

  • A water bottle

  • Presence, openness, and curiosity

Can I bring my dog?

Yes - dogs are welcome, as long as they are:

  • Friendly with children and other dogs

  • Comfortable in a shared, natural environment

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable.
However, if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket to someone else.
We ask that you kindly let us know in advance so we can update the participant info.

Please note: A ticket transfer fee of 10€ applies when changing the participant name.

This helps us maintain fairness and protect the energy exchange of the event.
