• Accommodation (yurts, chalets, mezzanine beds, own tent or carava

• Transport to the venue

• Sauna access – a symbolic pass will be available for purchase at check-in, helping us honor the energy and care it takes to tend the fire

Payment is made in cash upon arrival.

Meals are not included in the ticket, but a nourishing vegetarian meal - available

for purchase (with vegan and gluten-free options) will be prepared with love to

support your journey.Drinks and snacks will also be available throughout the festival.

Closer to the event, you’ll receive full information about the meal plan, pricing, and structure.
All details will be shared in advance, so you can feel aligned and prepared.

The gathering takes place at Vale do Rossim Eco Resort, in Serra da Estrela, Portugal.
Getting there:

• By car: Drive via Seia (not Manteigas) - free parking available

• By campervan: Spots are included in your ticket

• By public transport:

• Take a bus to Seia or Gouveia

• Then a taxi or ride-share to the venue

• From airports:

• Porto (OPO): ~2.5-3 hours

• Lisbon (LIS): ~3.5 hours

We’ll help coordinate ride-shares via a WhatsApp group closer to the event.

Yes - dogs are welcome, as long as they are:

• Friendly with children and other dogs

• Comfortable in a shared, natural environment

Tickets are non-refundable.
However, if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket to someone else.
We ask that you kindly let us know in advance so we can update the participant info.

Please note: A ticket transfer fee of 30€–50€ applies when changing the participant name.
Early Bird tickets can only be transferred at the current full ticket price.

This helps us maintain fairness and protect the energy exchange of the event - so we can continue offering accessible pricing while honouring the full value of later tiers.
